Can I have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic?

Yes! We actually recommend that you not only test drive the vehicle but have it checked out by any mechanic of your choice. We do our best to sell top quality pre-owned vehicles but would like for you to do your own inspections. We encourage this so you know exactly what you are buying and what you are driving away in.

Do your vehicles come with a warranty?

Vehicles with under 150,000 Miles and under 10 years old come with a 15 day/500 mile warranty that will cover all major repairs. All vehicles with this warranty will come with a complete list of covered components as well as rules and process. 

Are extended warranties available?

At this time we do not have an extended warranty company that we recommend.

Does Jim's Auto Sale's offer in house financing?

We offer short term financing. The details are detailed above in the "About Us" section. 

What information do you need to test drive a vehicle?

*Valid drivers license 

*pre approval

How old do you have to be to test drive?

*18 with a valid drivers license

*16 with a valid drivers license with an adult who also holds a valid drivers license

What does AS IS mean?

The buyer accepts the item in the present condition, whether the faults are apparent or not.

What are some tips for first time buyers or anyone looking to buy a used vehicle?

Do your research before looking for a vehicle. It is important to know what you are looking for and what you expect out of a vehicle. Have a budget set.

Does Jim's Auto Sales offer a CARFAX report?

We currently do not have an account with CARFAX. However, upon request we can provide our customer with the VIN number for the vehicle in question and do one on your own.

Do you accept or consider price negotiations or offers?

This is different from vehicle to vehicle. The short answer is yes. We do our best to consider all reasonable price offers or negotiations.
